[When Xzana awoke the first thing she realized was that she was NOT in her lake as she should be. The new clothes didn't phase her as she was too busy trying to figure out what happened to all the water, then there was the discomfort to her back. Reaching back she found something was attached there! What was going on!?]

Who did this!? What sorcery is this!? Come out!

[Scared and confused Xzana does what she thinks is the smart choice and pulls. Wanting the offending thing OFF of her. At the sound of the snap the comes and the pain that quickly follows tell her right away what a bad idea it was. She snaps her head back in a roar.]

RWWRRRRRAAAARRRRH!

[The half breed dragon stumbles towards town. Her small Luceti broken wing dangling at an odd angle between her large pair. She growls under her breath as she searches for water, hoping to keep any creature who may find her an easy meal right now away, as she blindly stumbles her way around the edge of town.]

(OOC: Warning, as she's injured her flight or fight is on high alert. She WILL attack any character that just rushes up at her. Approaching her slowly will be fine, just know she'll bite if someone gets in her personal space too quickly. Also don't be afraid to break time and space in this post!)

[Xzana stumbles as she looks up towards the voice. She starts to show off her fangs, hoping to scare off whoever is speaking. That is until she sees the horn coming from his head.

Is that a- but they're all suppose to be dead! And a horse.

Give her a moment. Her fevered brain needs a few minutes to comprehend what she's seeing.]

[...Yeah that. Stopping and staring thing doesn't indicate all-right-ness at all. Ondorus is approaching.]

...are you - could you be a unicorn?

[He shakes his head as he walks closer.]

But you're not the first to ask that-

[-WOMAN WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU]

[elongatedsmile]

[That's not a no!] You have the horn of a unicorn. [She bows low with her arms spread out wide.] You may have the last blood of unicorns. [Someone doesn't realize she's in a different world.]

[This is weird and slightly uncomfortable and all but YOUR WING IS BROKEN]

Miss, those wings are extremely important, that injury is nothing to ignore -

[Xzana looks up, her eyes full of excitement and pride.] You would heal me? [Unicorns have always had a good relationship with dragons, but it was still so exciting to possibly be healed by one.]

Yes, of course, just - I'm not exaggerating about the wings, please sit down so I can see to them -

Alright. [She promptly sits down so he can inspect that foolish wing of hers.] May I ask the name your parents bestowed upon you?

Ondorus kneels and looks the Filial wing over, reaching out a hand to brush the feathers at the base of the larger wing out of the way.]

I am Ondorus. I need to find the break, this might hurt...

[He puts a hand under the wing, spreading it gently to examine the injury.]

Very well, honorable Ondorus. [She braces herself and allows Ondorus to touch her broken wing. There's a low grumble from her throat as he does and she trembles slightly, but otherwise sits perfectly still.

[It's nice to be treated like this and all - brings back memories of a nobler time - but owing it to a case of mistaken identity is a little disheartening.

He feels carefully at the break for a moment before slowly shifting his hand beneath the wing, lining up the broken bone. Then, he rests his fingertips against the wing, a soft glow gathering at the area as the injury repairs itself over several seconds.]

If you're alright with it, I'm going to say this doesn't FULLY heal her but comes close!

[Slowly as the warm healing spread the growling in Xzana's throat lessens. It still hurts, but it already feels so much better.]

[Ondorus hasn't healed an actual break since before coming to Luceti - it saps the rune energy from him easily, and he stops when the tug becomes too harsh. (They really need to get moving on that indoor garden...)]

Yes, I am alright, and even better. Now that I know that unicorns still live! You need not hide, you should know the dragons would always lend aide to our long lived allies.

[Ondorus' face falls. Oh, this is the part where he has to expl-

Miss...I apologize deeply. But I am not who - or what - you believe me to be. "Unicorn" is a word entirely foreign to me.

I know what I am, and I am truly sorry to say it is not the creature you hoped. And this place - I feel safe in assuming it is not where you believe it to be.
