[When Xzana awoke the first thing she realized was that she was NOT in her lake as she should be. The new clothes didn't phase her as she was too busy trying to figure out what happened to all the water, then there was the discomfort to her back. Reaching back she found something was attached there! What was going on!?]

Who did this!? What sorcery is this!? Come out!

[Scared and confused Xzana does what she thinks is the smart choice and pulls. Wanting the offending thing OFF of her. At the sound of the snap the comes and the pain that quickly follows tell her right away what a bad idea it was. She snaps her head back in a roar.]

RWWRRRRRAAAARRRRH!

[The half breed dragon stumbles towards town. Her small Luceti broken wing dangling at an odd angle between her large pair. She growls under her breath as she searches for water, hoping to keep any creature who may find her an easy meal right now away, as she blindly stumbles her way around the edge of town.]

(OOC: Warning, as she's injured her flight or fight is on high alert. She WILL attack any character that just rushes up at her. Approaching her slowly will be fine, just know she'll bite if someone gets in her personal space too quickly. Also don't be afraid to break time and space in this post!)

[For her part Xzana is just so pleased to see the water at first she hardly even takes notice that there is someone standing near it. Although her fevered attention snaps back to him when she hears his voice.

Hear, but not fully comprehend right away.] Stay back! Don't touch me!

[She doesn't even notices the dragon of her own kind right yet. At first all she can think of is she doesn't want anything near her.]

[ Helios winces and cringes a little at that defensive shout. Luminair lets out a rather loud growl though his posture changing into something more defensive as his teeth are bared slightly. It's unsettling to see the little dragon act in such a way and Helios looks worriedly back between the two of them.

He'll stop in his tracks not making an effort to even move forward then. ] P-Please. I-I'm not going to hurt you. I-I just...I just want to help.

[Sorry human, ignoring you.] A pure blood...

[Xzana kneels down in front of the smaller dragon, her head bowed, and her arms outstretched. When she opens her mouth it's not English that flows out. It's a strange sounding language instead addressed towards the small dragon. However, with how funny language works among the villages and animals Helios may be able to make it out.] --Forgive me for my outburst. I did not see you there.--

[ Helios watches in some mild fascination, it would be more so if he wasn't worried about the woman now speaking to Luminair, but she still needed to have her wing looked at. Luminair however will chirp back, not the usual happy chirp but something more alarmed and distressed. His wings will be folded down and his tail only flicking back and forth in mild agitation. His normally orange eyes are a deep set purplish blue and they shift as he sniffs at Xzana.

A pure blood...he doesn't say anything not wanting to interrupt and yet the gravity of the situation still remains. She needs to go to the clinic. ] I-I'm sorry to interrupt but-but we need to get you to a-a clinic. I-I can heal your wing a little if, if you want.

[Xzana stays bowed low. The smaller dragon having not given her permission to rise, she hopes that she hasn't offended him too much. Although if this dragon is with the human than he can't be all bad. So she'll respond calmly to Helios.]

I am fine. I just need to find some water.

[ Luminair will give another little chirp, this time a bit calmer and not as frantic as before. He'll rise up onto his hind legs sniffing still at Xzana. His eyes will flicker back to orange as he nudges her with his snout.

Helios meanwhile will be looking over at Xzana's wound his expression still one of deep concern and worry. A damaged wing and all she wants is water? ] Th-there's a stream right there if you need w-water. Or! Or the town has s-some. But, p-please. I-I can at least heal your wing a little. I-I promise I won't do anything else unless you ask me to.

[ Luminair will give a little nod at that statement as if he agrees and is trying to say that it's fine for Xzana to let Helios help her. ]

[This dragon trusts this human.] Please, human. If you have the skills of a healer I would appreciate the help.

[ Helios' initial worry and concern dampens ever so slightly as he nods to Xzana. He takes a few tentative steps forward towards the other before bending down next to her on the side with the broken wing. ] I-I can heal it a little bit. B-But you should really head off to the c-clinic too, to get it healed a bit more a-and get some rest.

[ He'll turn to look at the river and then with a small controlled sigh he'll lift his hands up and bring them towards Xzana's wing. ] It might sting a little b-but don't be alarmed.

[ Luminair on the other hand will give a sad, dour, little chirp as he walks a bit closer to Xzana almost as if to nuzzle her while the healing takes place. ]

No, I need to stay in the water below. That is all.

[She winces slightly as he begins to heal her wing, but knowing there is a pure blood around who doesn't seem angry with her is a comfort. She bears the healing in silence, waiting to be told she can move again.]

You're a...water dragon, aren't you? O-Or at least part water dragon. [ Helios said that with a sad smile as he continues to heal her wing. Luminair all the while sitting attentively in front of the both of them. Helios looks over at his little dragon. ]

His name is Luminair. He's...probably relieved that you're alright too.

My mother is a water changeling dragon but my father is a water nymph. Water will heal me.

[She smiles at the tiny dragon.]

It is good to meet you Luminair.

A water changeling dragon? I've never heard of anything like that before. That's amazing. [ Upon hearing that water also aids in her healing Helios will make a motion with his hand and pull some of the moisture out of the air. Xzana might feel the slow pulse of water blending in with Nala's magic as he heals her wing a little more.

Luminair will chirp and rub his head against her leg, purring a little as he does so. ] He likes you quite a bit. I've never seen him take so readily to someone.

It is why I can be in this form - ahh! [It's a pleasant sound. Enjoying the feel of water being added to her injured wing.

Xzana smiles down at the smaller dragon. Growling out that she is thankful to him and is honored that he isn't mad at her.]

[ Helios pulls away at that exclamation. Almost slightly apologetic and flinching in his own response. ] O-Oh! I apologize I should have warned you first. How does that feel? A-Any better?

[ Helios lets out a tired sigh as he pulls away some. The combined effort of using his own magic and Nala's was making him slightly more tired than before. ]

It feels good. Much better.

Ah good. That's good. I-I'm glad I could help at least a little. I'm, um, s-sorry for startling you before.

[ From the way she reacted humans must not take to kindly to beings like her. It makes him sad to think about. He shifts and moves away then giving her space. ]

If it's still bothering you in the next f-few days don't, ah, hesitate to ask for help. Oh! And, I'm H-Helios by the way. It's nice to meet you.

It's alright. [Granted, she would have snapped at any who approached her. It's best to think everyone is out to harm you when injured.]

Oh! It's, it's nothing really. Anything I can d-do to help. Being injured and, and just arriving here is probably rather terrifying. I-I just wanted to make sure you at least got some help.

[ A smile and nod as he straightens again. ] There's two lakes and an ocean here as well. I'm not sure which you prefer, if you have a preference. But, well, they're all free and open to use s-so feel free to go explore them. Actually the ocean does have ruins in it too. [ Hm. Ruins that he never got to check either. ]

How far is the ocean? [She tries to keep her excitement to herself. She's always wanted to see an ocean and this man makes it sound like it's fairly close.]

Oh! Ah. Not terribly far. A-About a day or so walk from the village. Though there are some people who c-could teleport you there quite quickly as well.

A day? [Hm. Too far with an injured wing.] I will take this river for now.

[ Helios nods at that. ] Well, ah, if-if you need anything else there's these journals that we were given. [ He'll hold up his own with his name etched in it and all. ]

You can talk to the rest of the village through them! They're quite helpful that way. S-So if you ever run into a problem these can certainly help in those regards.

That is not how you use books. [And her's being long lost in the woods for now.]
